PCI provides Calibration, Commissioning & Consulting solutions to our clients across multiple regulated industries including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, food & beverage and more. We are seeking a Senior Calibration Technician with Process Instrumentation and Controls experience to add to our growing company.  This is a challenging and exciting position with an array of benefits that seek to provide our associates with a positive career experience. This position requires working hours Wed-Sat from 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM.  This Senior Calibration Technician position provides calibration support to one or more of our Boulder, CO clients, as well as support needed at any of our clients across the United States.  Some of the equipment requiring calibration include:

  • bioreactors
  • environmental chambers and controls
  • utility systems
  • scales and balances
  • electrical and dimensional instruments
  • pressure, flow, vacuum and temperature gauges and instruments

The Senior Calibration Technician will also be responsible for cGMP compliant documentation and monitoring of quality systems.  Along with documenting the calibrations performed, the instrumentation data and schedule will be maintained in a CMMS database.  Blue Mountain RAM, SAP, ProCal, RAM or Maximo experience is desired.   

Required skills of the Senior Calibration Technician include:

Four year degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics or other related technical field OR equivalent military training plus five years of applicable (metrology, instrumentation, calibration, I&C) experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience. Five or more years of relevant Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.  ISA CCST Certification is not required, but highly desired.

The Senior Calibration Technician position requires up to 25% overnight travel based on project and client needs.
