PCI is seeking a Team Manager to lead our growing Calibration Field Services Team in Boulder, CO. This team provides calibration and preventive maintenance services to our clients across multiple regulated industries including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, food & beverage and more. The types of equipment we calibrate varies, but focus mostly on process and utility instrumentation.

This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced manager to join a thriving company to expand both services and size of the operation.  PCI would like to find an individual with business sense, and an ability to seek out further opportunities either within existing clients or finding new clients.

The Team Manager must possess extensive experience with instrumentation and controls, FDA/GMP compliance and procedures. 

The Manager must also have a passion for personnel management and implementing team and company goals. The three main responsibilities of the Team Manager are:

1. Communication and Engagement with Customers

2. Manage and Lead our Associates

3. Manage Risk and Profitability

The minimum requirements for the Team Manager include a four-year degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or other related technical field (or equivalent military training) and six years of instrumentation experience in the pharmaceutical industry or the equivalent combination of the two. Leadership experience in client relations is required.
