We are seeking a Commissioning, Qualification and Validation (CQV) Project Manager that leads projects and teams related to the commissioning, qualification, and validation testing on manufacturing utilities and process equipment. He/she will also prepare and execute test plans, protocols, initiate controlled documentation, and provide client support.  This is a challenging and exciting position with an array of benefits that seek to provide our associates with a positive career experience. This Commissioning, Qualification and Validation (CQV) Project Manager position provides support to multiple clients and locations across the United States. Some of the responsibilities involve the following:

Initiates, establishes, provides direction, execution, and follow up of commissioning, qualification, calibration, and validation projects.
Subject-matter-expert who provides high level direction, tactical thoroughness, reliability, strategic initiative, and consistent follow-through.
Willingness to leverage existing industry knowledge and peer relationships to drive and acquire new business.
Prepare and deliver PCI service proposals based on client service requirements.
Set up and manage new projects including fixed price service delivery, resource schedules, change control, and budget forecasts.
Provide resource planning and account management, as well as defines project objectives and requirements necessary to structure a project or activity.

Experience & Education Required for CQV Project Manager:

  • BS in Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent training and a minimum of 5 years of applicable (Commissioning, Qualification, or Validation) experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Extensive subject-matter-expert (SME) Quality System/Life Science manufacturing industry experience is required. 
  • Proven history of managing and performing Commissioning and/or Validation projects in an FDA regulated environment. 
  • Experience in the management and development of Commissioning and Validation related resources are preferred.

The CQV Project Manager must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time.  This is a salaried position.
